Meet Max Hussman

Max Hussmann is a dynamic professional whose career is marked by a blend of executive leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a profound international perspective. His ability to thrive in high-stakes environments is a testament to his leadership understanding and skill in public engagements. Max’s entrepreneurial journey is distinguished by his notable achievements in fundraising, event management, and television production. Moreover, his diverse skill set is further underscored by his fluency in four languages — German, English, French, and Spanish — and his certifications as an FAA ATP Pilot and RYA Yacht Master.

Born in West Africa and raised across multiple continents, Max Hussmann’s upbringing is as diverse as his professional background. His exposure to different cultures from a young age has earned him the title of a “global citizen” among his peers. This multicultural experience is mirrored in his educational journey, which began at AWD College of Finance in Germany, continued at a Business School in Sao Paulo, and currently extends to the London School of Economics, where he is pursuing a degree in International Relations.

Max’s professional journey is as varied as his personal experiences. He started his career at AWD Financial Services from 2003 to 2007 before moving on to TAM Aero Taxi as a Project Manager. In this role, Max was instrumental in team building, employee training, and managing other critical responsibilities. In 2010, he joined Ackerman Trust as a pilot, a role he held for four years before launching his first major venture, Elegance Group Limited.

In 2018, Max took on a leadership role at JetQuote FlyZUUM, a business development initiative, where he was responsible for driving the company’s growth from its inception. Today, he serves as a European Business Consultant at Wealth Drive Gain Limited Nigeria while also holding roles as a Gulfstream Captain, foreign policy advisor, and Board Member.
